I have the same issue on a drive just received today, running 3.10 firmware.
Please advise if possible.

UPDATE: 1:22pm... I was able to install the 3.10 from the MK folder on Windows PC.
I had this problem too. But after installing the 3.11 version from the MK\ASUS\BC-12D2HT ...
