I have a feeling that this thread is talking about the same issue: https://makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=22465 . I have the same issue with a different disc that also has stereo LCPM using version 1.15.1 . I haven't tried downgrading but i can post a debug log if that would be helpful.

I just wanted to reply to say that I have the same exact issue and error message ripping disc 3 of Madoka Magica. Discs 1 and 2 work with no issues. I tried having makemkv convert it to flac with no luck. I was able to have makemkv backup and decrypt the disc with no errors. I tried using it again o...
