Having the exact same issue as above. I've also been ripping a ton of anime and it's happened about a dozen discs so far (out of a couple hundred)

I would like to add that I rolled back to 1.15.0 and the issue stopped occurring.

I'm also getting this error. This is happening on 4 discs that I tried (so far) Hunter x Hunter set 1 disc 1, 2 Lupin III: Voyage to Danger Lupin III: Island of Assassins All these I was able to successfully rip back in April, but something since then is causing these to fail.
