Don't think it's possible based off what I read here -- https://watershade.net/wmcclain/UDP-203-faq.html

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
So much words being thrown left and right, can't someone just test Sony X800M2, Ugoos and Minix with DV FEL and then post a few pictures to see the differences (if there are any) ? Wow, that is quite the request that someone buys all 3 machines and a reference grade camera or capture device just to...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
You think it would be safe to assume that the Kodi DV builds would work like they do on the Shield? I need the ability to transcode DTS audio (thanks Sonos).

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
I couldn’t find a forum for it either, but the Minix U22-XJ has the same SoC, so I’m assuming it’ll eventually have the same support (if it doesn’t already) as the Ugoos. They have a forum over at https://theminixforum.com/index.php?forums/neo-u22-xj.130/. @NICE77, can you btw check your Minix to s...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
So I have the Chinoppo, 2 Shield 2019 Pro, 4K firestick, Zidoo Z9X, had the Google thing with the long name and sold it because it can’t do lossless audio, what do I buy next, is this Ugog a winner? I have the Shield 2019 Pro, FireTV 4k Stick, Zidoo Z9X, Apple TV 4K, Minix U22-XJ, X96 Max+ with Cor...

Re: Saving Private Ryan "light leak"
Getting into trolling territory here as it's something that is 100% on all released viewings/formats. Theatre, DVD, Blu-ray, UHD Blu-ray. Here is a screenshot from an HDTV capture that was posted online. Below it is a capture of the regular blu-ray. Lock thread please. :) https://i.ibb.co/7ycvk5M/vl...

Re: Dolby Vision and 1.15.3
Hello, everyone. I know there's a 99+ page discussion on this topic but I'm new here so please take it easy. I have several UHD BD backup rips which as far as I know have TS files with 2 tracks, one of them being a 1080p DV track. I can see Plex can now read DV data in MKV as long as it has one vid...

Re: Saving Private Ryan "light leak"
Because it was. The effects used during the Omaha Beach scene were in all formats. If you want to debate it there are probably plenty of people at blu-ray.com who would be willing to.
