Thanks for the replies. I never considered directors cut, extended, etc. as possible options. It would be nice if there was a way to mark them as such automatically.. don't know if the information is contained on a file anywhere on the BD/DVD.

First of all, I would like to say that MakeMKV is a great product! :D As I have been backing up my library, I've noticed that some of the DVDs have multiple Titles for the main movie. Some are easy to identify, widescreen vs standard, etc. With blu-ray it's getting harder to determine the difference...
