That’s some straight up fraud there, where did you get this from? I’m driving home from the warehouse with 20 of those and they are legit 1959 hardware manufactured in March 2020. Confirmed. Newly bought an BW-16D1HT from a local market and the firmware version show on the makemkv is Revision: 1.01 the label on the drive shows that it was manufactured sept. 2019 I put an UHD blu-ray disc into it, it spins but couldn't read it out but regular bluray works just fine.
