The Who - Who Are You - uses newer version of AACS
I keep getting an error telling me that the above disc uses a newer version of AACS that makeMKV does not understand, and asks me to let you know, which I have done.
Repeatedly.

Re: Backing up to Folder or ISO?
Okay - I now know where I was going wrong - I was under the impression I had to open the disc before doing anything with it, and as soon as I had clicked on the drive icon, the backup folder got greyed out.

The originals are riddled with so-called 'copy protection' & DRM, and all I want to do is pull the tracks off the discs & make FLAC files from them so that I canm ...

Re: "Fake playlist" protection - help needed
By "Fake Playlists" do you mean the way things are done using the Scrambling protection from Allatori?

Structure Protection - how to do this?
Before I get into the details here, in the interests of full disclosure I am also a DVD author as well as a Blu-ray author - I taught myself how to do these because I got heavily into 5.1 surround music & found there was not very much content to actually buy, so I thought 'how hard can this be' and ...

Issue with 'Corrupt Sector' but yet.....
Not at all sure what happened here, but I was trying to back up to an MKV from a legally owned replica version of "Hunter Killer" and found that MakeMKV was throwing error after error about corrupt sectors in a VOB file, and the disc itself could simply not be ripped even though the day before I had ...
