Welp, just had a chance to try playing the movie and my Xbox One S and PS4 aren't getting passed the initial black screen. Looks like I'll have to get another copy and hope it works.

Ah, mine also came with a slip cover. Unfortunately I'm way passed my return period so that's out of the question.
Definitely, I really like the movie and at $10 I'll probably just end up getting another in hopes that it works.

I have cleaned it with a microfiber cloth and there is no visible dirt or scratches. The log is actually from my 3rd attempt, the 1st had a "volume key is unknown" error, and the 2nd was similar to the log I posted but without the volume key error.
