Are you aware that there are no alien subtitles in Revenge of the Sith? You're not finding any on the disc because they aren't needed for that film. This would apply to Empire Strikes Back (and The Last Jedi) as well.

The UHD subtitles use "Arial". The correct theatrical font for all of the Disney era films is not Franklin Gothic, but "Trade Gothic LT Bold".

I'm having the same issue with playback on my Oppo 203. Curiously, playback using yusecope's tool had been working perfectly on the Oppo. I'm just curious how the output of Makemkv and yusecope's tool differ.

There is a difference in the first portion of the end credits between the two versions.

I suspect it has something to do with the billing order in different regions.
