Re: Feature requests - select all tracks, and auto-eject
1) I tend to find the automatic detection of which audio tracks to select has a nasty tendency not to select audio commentary tracks to be included - I may at some point have also had an issue with good subtitle tracks not being included. Therefore I am in the habit of manually enabling all tracks ...

Feature requests - select all tracks, and auto-eject
I have two minor feature requests - I can live without them, but they'd be nice things to have. 1) I tend to find the automatic detection of which audio tracks to select has a nasty tendency not to select audio commentary tracks to be included - I may at some point have also had an issue with good s...

Oh, sorry - I looked at the other threads but couldn't find anything similar. I must have missed it.

Infinite wait with spinning disc on "Unmounting..."
After upgrading to 1.8.1, I now get an infinite wait with a picture of a spinning disc on "unmounting..." after ripping is completed and I eject the disc using the eject button in the MakeMKV GUI. The disc itself ejects fine but the GUI still says "unmounting..." with the spinnin...

Star Trek TOS BD season 1 Starfleet Access video commentary
I have ripped Star Trek: The Original Series Remastered season 1. It contains commentary in 3 formats that complement each other and are all turned on or off at once - subtitle-based, audio-based and video-based (to go along with the audio, played in a picture-in-picture box in the bottom corner). T...

Re: BD-Live
I now have a BD player that'll download BD Live content onto an external storage medium. Is there therefore any way to decrypt them? I've seen a few random guides on the internet but they seem to revolve around Windows and AnyDVD. EDIT: It seems I spoke to soon - I had a proper look, and it looks as...

Any updates? It still doesn't work in 1.6.10.

Re: Feature request (for the GUI) - notifications
I do - from FileZilla, K3B, and KDE itself of course. Opera and Thunderbird have their own notification systems and do not use KDE's, so obviously those ones work.

Re: Feature request (for the GUI) - notifications
I've tried it on XFCE and I get notifications there, but I definitely don't get them on KDE with Gentoo.

Special features of 2009 Star Trek film won't rip
Due to the CellWalk algorithm not working, and CellTrim not working on short titles, the special features on the Star Trek 2009 film PAL Region 2 DVD aren't available. This is the output for the "Open disc" thing: Drive BD-ROM ATAPI iHOS104 WL0B has RPC protection that can not be bypassed....

Feature request (for the GUI) - notifications
It'd be quite nice if it send a system notification when discs finish ripping - not sure exactly what the official name of these is, but something like what FileZilla does when all files are downloaded, for example (using the native KDE notification system, or presumably Gnome if you run it under th...

Request: Better error if permission denied
I was trying to back up a disc onto my new HDD today, and having just formatted it, I'd forgotten to chown it to me. However, the error message was far from helpful, and it took me a good 20 minutes to realise what was wrong - it just says "Backup Failed" with no extra detail or help. Any ...
