Disk is validated and now exists in KEYDB.cfg, and is synchronized online. STILL can't rip.

Does MakeMKV allow you to create a back-up of your disk? (Obviously an encrypted backup, since you cannot decrypt the disk yet.)

The dump for "Kill Bill Vol1" should be called something like MKB20_v77_Kill_Bill-_Vol_1_ABCD.tgz, and if it's not present in the data directory then it's almost certainly because MakeMKV hasn't created it ...

I downgraded to firmware 1.02 a couple of years ago and it has worked flawlessly since to rip hundreds of discs. I tried today though, and MkMkV doesn't see that a disc has been inserted. MkMkV does still identify the drive, and the correct firmware though.
