Slow down read speed?
Is there a way to force a slower read speed, in particular with XBox HD-DVD drives?

Feature request: Don't automatically scan drives
If you're using more than one drive at a time, waiting for it to scrub through a disk being ripped is annoying. How about an option to scan only a selected drive/volume?

Z Nation Season 2 errors
This is for the UK Blu-rays. All of the episodes start about 1m30s too early (showing a test pattern), and end the same too soon (cut off).

1.9.3 crashes on 10.6.8
1.9.2 was working fine. 1.9.3 crashes ("MakeMKV quit unexpectedly") when first opened on 10.6.8 (2010 Mac Pro, 12GB RAM). Never gets to any of the MakeMKV menus or windows.

Feature request: no default source
Here's an annoyance: when running multiple instances of MKV, opening a new instance (at least on a Mac) will cause all disks to be scanned for content. This is a problem when multiple instances are running (at least on a Mac under 10.6.8), as it really thrashes any disks that are being used by anoth...

I'm seeing this with Mac OS 10.6.7 and MakeMKV 1.6.8 as well.

Re: v1.6.8 Fatal error occurred, program will now exit
I agree. Looks like 1.6.7/8 broke something, and bad. Crashes after just about every track. Maybe re-release 1.6.5 as the current version until this is resolved? I am still testing; I had this crash with 1.6.5 as well, and have now regressed to 1.6.3. Will keep trying; are dumps/logs wanted?

It's failing to extract track01, no matter what else happens with the disk.

Re: Feature Request "Uncheck All"
I'd be very happy with a feature that automatically selects all audio tracks in my preferred language, and no subtitles. Right now I get (with English as the preferred language) some of the English audio tracks (usually the best non-DTS track, I think) and the English subtitles.

Re: Not ejecting after rip
Oh, super handy! (the menulet). Thanks!
BTW, if it helps to diagnose, whenever I leave an item unripped (usually the "play all" item), Eject from MakeMKV seems to work. When I rip everything, no good.

Not ejecting after rip
When I use the "Eject Disk" button in the MakeMKV toolbar after a rip, much more often than not the DVD will be unmounted (disappears from the desktop) but the disk will not eject. This is happening with internal and external (Memorex) DVD drives under Mac OS X 10.5.8 and 10.6.2. I have to...
