Did you use the shortcut to open a second instance of the app?

I have not tried to see if this works for multiple drives but you can open multiple instances of the software by going to your MKV shortcut and adding -launch in the "Target" section of the shortcut properties. Should look something like: "C:\Program Files (x86)\MakeMKV\makemkv.exe&qu...
