I just tried Handbrake and got some interesting results. Handbrake on Linux wouldn't even present Title 1 as an available selection whereas Handbrake on my Mac seems to have worked. The resulting MKV seems like it's intact including the missing chunk at the beginning. MacTheRipper (Mac) -> No errors...

Its the original disc. That error would suggest otherwise but its the original. Sort of strange.

Missing Chunks of Video
I purchased a copy of MakeMKV and am really pleased with it but I'm having some trouble with my DVD of Planet 51. I am streaming it to my PS3 via PS3 Media Server and there seems to be a small chunk missing at the beginning of the movie about 15 seconds into the opening scene. I've tried ripping the...
