Re: makemkvcon info
Makemkvcon outputs the length of each title, the longest is usually the movie. Or you can enable -r option, the output ill be less human but will have all sort of information. Where exactly in the following output does it tell me how long or large the title is? Or does it only do that with -r optio...

makemkvcon info
Is there are way to get more human digestible info from the console version? More like what is presented in the gui? The reason I ask is that I'm trying to rip my copy of Watchmen, the console tells me there are like 30 titles to choose from. I've noticed the gui will show you one big title. I'm ass...

See I told you it was sure to happen eventually.setarip_old wrote:Backup options:

(However, under the GUI, "Decrypt" is set as the default.)
Thanks again, I ran across that late last night.

Re: Is this problem related to MakeMKV or to the Blu Ray Disc?
@anothergene Hi! I'm using the backup function to create a copy on my hard drive. Perhaps too obvious a question but, did you set (checkmark) the "backup" selection for "Decrypt"? I'm using the command line "makemkvcon" I believe I read somewhere that "decrypt&quo...

Re: Is this problem related to MakeMKV or to the Blu Ray Disc?
I have an almost exact problem 1.5.5 running under ubuntu 9.10 64bit with makemkvcon. I'm using the backup function to create a copy on my hard drive. From that point I'm trying to use handbrakecli to rip the m2ts file directly. I get the same "No Valid Source Found". If I the use makemkvc...

I'm trying to use makemkvcon to rip one of my Pashendale BD. I first used the backup function to rip it to my hd and now I'm trying to extract the main title with the mkv command as follows: makemkvcon mkv file:/mnt/alpha/rips/paschendale/ 0 /srv1/download/paschendale/paschendale.2008.mkv the Debug ...

Re: makemkvcon 1.5.5 ubuntu 9.1 64bit segmentation fault
Update: I got one of my Blurays back today so I'm trying ripping it right now and it appears to be working, so the problems seems to be limited to just DVDs. Any DVDs. I tried 3 or 4 different ones late last night. Backup works only for blu-rays, DVD backup is not supported. That would explain it t...
