1) When you have COMPLETELY EXITED AnyDVD, and use ONLY MakeMKV in "Backup" mode, what is the specific error generated?
2) Try cleaning your original, commercial BluRay disc...

I am unable to the whole disc or even a specific stream of the new movie Star Trek (2009) Blu-ray (STARTREK11D1AC).
It keeps giving me an error.
I've tried using MakeMKV and AnyDVDHD and neither one of them work
