I'm seeing exactly the same thing... I tried all 5 of those 16 chapter titles which varied in size... none interestingly matching the 1:58:12 play time when playing in VLC In all cases it writes just 4k to the output file and then just seems to hang (though I can abort). I tried on two different PC'...
