I just took Window's abilities to save power away through each of the Root USB Hubs in the device manager. That seems to have fixed it over the last few disks. I knew what backed up means, i just didn't know what I needed to be backing up as most everything on this machine that's important (besides the OS itself) is backed up to my NAS and a B2 ...

I guess I don't know the answer to that question. How would I know if I have critical files backed up? I would assume no, not anything that's on my computer. I back up all kinds of things, but only from my NAS.
