Thanks so much to everyone that made this so easy! I just got a Buffalo BRUHD-PU3-BK brought over to me from Japan and it's working great on 1.03 MK. I noticed though the firmware shipped on my drive (BU14) was newer than the firmware in the MK firmware pack - I did a dump before flashing with 1.03 ...

I had no problem ripping my UHD disc from the combo pack this morning...

I’ve no luck yet either, I’ve submitted my dump just now so fingers crossed...

Can 100% vouch for MartyNcNuts, I ordered a drive from him, he answer my (at times, dumb) questions straight up and the drive arrived and works perfectly.
