According to your log, there are 69 separate areas where the drive has to work VERY HARD to pull data off the disk. I know this is an old post but I'm having the same problem with the same disc. My search has not found anything new so I was wondering if someone can help me. I have tried all the suggested fixes for this problem to no avail. One thing I have not seen anywhere else is that MakeMKV eventually freezes...
