Was able to redownload my software key at the payproglobal. I really didnt want to have to purchase it again as i do not do much ripping at the moment anymore.

Yeah, I am having the same issue. Sad as this is by far the best software that I have used for this.

I had no issue burning "The Simpsons Movie" just a couple weeks ago, but today I am having all kinds of issues ripping any disks even ones I just unwrapped. I did click off ripping all closed captioning and they started ripping, try doing that and see if that works.
