After 7+ years I'm upgrading my Mac Mini to a newer unit. I have the S# that I obtained on 5/9/2010. I've downloaded a copy of the software on my new Mac but my serial number doesn't take. I've entered it 5 times and I know it was correct 7 years ago. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Can you elaborate on what you posted? Not sure what you mean. Thanks!Chetwood wrote:No need to rip them first. Check the playlist number and play back the referenced m2ts.

Chapter skip around
I ripped Monsters U and it resulted in multiple options to select that were all the same name and size. I just selected the first one and it ripped it but the movie chapters are out of order when I watch it. Anything I can do to correct this OR how do I determine the correct one to select. Thanks.

I must be blind but I can't find where you set the preferred language. Any help?

Re: Feature Request "Uncheck All"
Funny, I was going to post the auto select or de-select as a requested upgrade and bingo there is the answer. Mike, I don't see where I can set a default language in preferences. I've looked under the wrench icon as well as in preferences under MakeMKV.
