I just used "Backup" in MakeMKV for a Blu-Ray. I was wondering, I noticed, besides the BDMV, and CERTIFICATE folders, it also created a MAKEMKV folder. If I convert to ISO using ImgBurn, should I include the MAKEMKV folder? Wasn't sure if it was necessary?

Yes, I also own AnyDVD, so one step instead of two. Just wanted to make sure end result is the same? If it’s beneficial to use MakeMKV first then ImageBurn for some reason other than time because it’s two steps?

You need to power it off and back on. When you power it on, wait about 2 seconds and hold the eject button. The tray should open halfway and close again.
