I have the same problem on Arch linux but all libraries are in the correct places.

Update: i was wrong in my previous post.
Linking to libmmbd doesnt work but VLC can make use of libmmbd api.

Nevermind. I made links again and everything works fine again.

I would like to add that i tested VLC 3.0.8 and 3.0.9 nightly build both 64 bit.

im using VLC and Makemkv on Windows 10.
I have made symlinks (libaacs.dll/libbdplus.dll) to libmmbd64.dll.
Bluray disks only with aacs encryption play fine.
But i cant play disks with bd+ protection.
Vlc displays error that it cant find libaacs.
Am i doing something wrong way?
please help
