AFAIK, the time check for the expiration date is done using the local time on the PC. So you should be able to change the date of your PC to prior to Jul 31 and it should work, if you're desperate until a new key is added (or the payment system resumes).

Just to follow up here, my above symptoms seem to have been a precursor to the end of the drive. It stopped being able to read Blu Rays at all a couple days ago. Time to replace I guess.

I found the same thing and from what I can tell the only difference is they removed Sylvester Stallone from the opening and ending credits in the EXT version. I have no idea why they put that on the BD, but that man deserves credit for that awesome voice performance. So I'd go with the non-EXT versi...
