Its not my drive. I have already tried all problematic movies on different drives with the same result. And in this case it is not the disc as I highly doubt I got 2 bad brand new discs in a row. I have transferred most of my bluray collection some 30+ discs to mkv's already mostly with no problems....

All occured on older versions. ELG occured on the new version and the older version as well.

Makemkv gets to the end of the ripping process then throws a few errors and says it cant save the title. I thought maybee it was a bad disc. returned it and got another disc same issue. so just for gigles and grins i demuxed the bd rebuilder file and remuxed it using mkvmerge. the resulting file played fine. To recap: the resulting rip with anydvd will play in powerdvd.
