Success!
It appears that the files output without subtitles are successfully added into Handbrake.
So, if I were able to somehow remove the subtitle tracks from the previously ripped titles, these will be importable through Handbrake too?

No problem.
I'm currently ripping a video only version; no audio, no subtitle, no forced subtitle.
Next I will rip a Video and Audio only, no subtitle, no forced subtitle.

I am still having the same problem, and i'm posting below related information. So far, every single Blu-Ray I have ripped comes up with the exact same problem, "Invalid source found" in handbrake. I have tried Eagle Eye, Juno, Sweeney Todd, and Final Fantasy. I am using MakeMKV 1.5.0Beta. ...

And here too, I'm having the same problem. Interestingly though, this is what i've noticed. 1. I ripped "Eagle Eye". It found 6 titles; the main feature, with a size of 29.27GB, and a bunch of extras. Titles 2, 4 and 5 open in handbrake without a problem every time, with file sizes of 842M...
