When trying to make an MKV out of this movie I see the main title listed several times,-which file should I choose to rip or does it not matter?

Hi - yes - I cleaned it, and it is brand new, first time out of the package. There are no marks on it. I haven’t tried playing the disk to see if there are any playback issues. Here is a screenshot of when I tried to backup the whole disk. I will try making the MKV again also as I don't remember what the error stated.

I have not been able to convert this UHD disk to mkv. I have the 4k and 3D version of the disk. My plan is to rip both versions to MKV and then remux to get the Atmos audio from the 4k disk into the 3D mkv. I have tried twice and both times it failed.
