This issue is still current. --noscan does not stop makemkvcon from scanning all drives. Same when using a device, an iso, or backup directory.
Can it please be addressed?

Can you please add a configuration option so angle titles can be selected by default or not. This option should be available to the GUI and makemkvcon.

I figured out the Canadian Eone disc by ripping a couple versions, going through each scene and figuriing out where the streams change and then setting up the proper order. Had it written down and ripped it to find it was perfect. Then forgot to update here and my garbage has been taken out. D'oh! ...

[Feature Request] Stop scanning ALL devices from command-line
When launching from command-line and specifying a device, like "makemkvcon mkv dev:/dev/sr2 ...", could you please stop scanning all other CD devices on the system. This is disrupting other work being done in parallel. Thanks.
