Looks like I solved the problem by changing the read retry count from 5 to 15 (under preferences - IO)

I apologize if I should post this in the titles that have not worked thread, but this may be system specific. In trying to rip the Blue Man Group Blu Ray I can get all titles except the main title. The output from Make MKV is below. Additionally, I ripped Kung Fu Panda before lossless HD audio track...
