I bought this supposedly new on Amazon. When a disk is inserted it doesn't detect it. I've tried several DVDs and Blu Rays with the same effect. The output in my original post is all I get.

Finally getting around to working on my blue ray collection and I purchased anew drive based of an amazon review and I cannot get it to work with MakeMKV, below is my output of the drive.
