Just Ripped Mulan UK and on checking file with MPC-HC which didn't kick my TV into HDR10 after an update, so I dragged it into KODI 19, and all working as normal.

Just ripped BTTF 1 & 2 using BW-16D1HT Revision: 3.02 with MakeMKVv1.15.3 using a trick that has worked every time with 3 layer discs.

Inserted BTTF 1, drive didn't want to know.(seeking and clicking noise)
removed Power & SATA to drive with disc still in (have an open case PC)
wait 20 seconds ...

Sometime the drives gets stuck in a loop and wont read.
My Bios in on Hot swap so a just pull the power out the drive and repower or you could physically unplug the PC and reboot.
Midway did the same last week, taking forever. So I repowered and it was ready to rip in 15 seconds.

Sometimes the ASUS BW-16D1HT throws up errors like checksum mismatch or loads of illegal SCSI errors. and it's never the discs. I find powering the drive down for 30 seconds (My case is always open)by removing the power and SATA cable or a full power down removing 110v/230v plug.
