I was wrong, 202 does not mean the filename 202 - 202 is really out of sequence.

by playing the film and going through the bluray's menus for play info, the best I could get was the title being played was 01 202, which I'm hoping represents the file 202 (chapter one of file 202) but I don't know yet.

just to bump this, I have the same question, I see 30+ titles all the same size. I picked the first one at random and ripped and then encoded it - when I watched the playback, the first half of the film is fine, the second half of the film is out of sequence as if the chapters are jumbled when I loo...
