I made a few more tests on Windows 7 using Media Player Classic and the ripped file just works (audio/video playback). I made a few more test rebooting in Windows 7:
- no way to see video track with VLC;
- using last MPlayer classic version I can see a few frames but the apps quits or the video skips frames.

Now I think it's a matter of player not of ripper, am I wrong?
