How can I skip, ignore, remove or prevent the Vorbis Comment Metadata vendor_string (writing application) during a FLAC conversion, because MakeMKV always writes this metadata into the audio tracks?

I want to use WavPack as replacement for FLAC.

One of th reasons is, when I want to combine two MKV files with a FLAC audio stream, it does not work.
Another reason is, that FLAC is relatively old and I think WavPack is an improvement.

Can you also convert the audio tracks to a different format than flac?

How can I add this metaflac command to MakeMKV, so that this command will be excecuted for each FLAC file?
