For a profile 5 DV you want to use 05.06 fix. And tsMuxer Nightly is the best for Sony x700.

You can't with the DV mkv. You'd need to use yusecope's tool in mode 2 to discard the EL and then mux it with an edited tsmuxer to get profile 5. I see.
