BD+ code processed but no FUTs were obtained, errors may follow for this Blu Ray. Emailed dump

I could not rip the blu-ray. Failed on both rip and backup. No surface defects that I could see. The disc played without issue on a blu-ray player. Why does the rip fail but the player can skip over any defects?

Anyone have information on the correct episodes for the season? There are multiples upon multiples for each disc

Perhaps someone else should post a dump file. I have sent one but there doesn't appear to be any action here. Still waiting for a fix

In Device Manager, it is the same as yours.

In Windows Explorer it is identified as a BD-ROM Drive

My PC is a cheapo LiteOn blu-ray that is read only. I also use an external LG USB BP06 which is a read-write. Both work with the Triplets. I would suggest checking another system to see if the disc is recognized

I have the same version purchased from Amazon.fr. I just tested is again and it comes right up in MakeMKV. I am currently running 1.18.14

I have used by PC to rip the Region B versions of Downton Abbey and Sherlock without issue. Can you try the rip on another PC or Blu-ray?
