Mike must be busy as support for new titles has slowed down. If you have AnyDVD HD you can now use the keydb file generated from FindVUK. I know the Ringu key and most all of the outstanding titles in the last week or so are in there So it might be worth a look.

I use a 2019 Shield TV Pro and it works with my DV and HDR10 rips just fine. I do have to massage the DV titles by dumping the enhancement layer, but they do engage the DV mode on my TV. I am using Plex.

Yes, Handbrake is the culprit. It does not support proper HDR10 workflow or DV at all.

Check out videohelp.com. I have used them for years for obscure utilities.
