Thanks! I tried cleaning the disc and that didn’t help. I will check the speed in makemkv next.

Hi there,
I keep getting errors when trying to back up a copy of Guardians of the Galaxy on Bluray. Here is the log.
MakeMKV v1.14.3 darwin(x64-release) started
Optical drive "BD-ROM TSSTcorp DVDWBD TS-LB23D LB12d" opened in OS access mode.
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash ...
