Received my drive today(4/15). Already burned Super Mario Bros 4k and Obi-Wan Kenobi Series. No issues. Put in an OWC enclosure as recommended. I am fine with it sticking out a little. Drive is quiet as heck unlike my old BU04 Ordered on Thursday and shipped on Friday. Great Service thank you!

I'm in the same boat. Paid on 3/17. 4 emails and a message through PayPal. No response tracking still sitting at printed. Order number #0499448. Alex please respond or let us know what is going on before I have to dispute this with my card.

Another glowing review. Great prices, shipped fast, packaged securely. Stayed in communication the whole time(status, shipped, tracking etc). Ripped a DVD, Blu Ray, and 4K to test. No issues. Have no doubt if I ever had a problem with the drive, he would stand behind it! Thank you!
