MakeMKV doesn't see all files on Inspector Lewis complete series disc 13
When attempting to rip Inspector Lewis Disc 13, which contains 4 files for Season 7, MakeMKV only sees a single file. However, when using Magic DVD Ripper, 4 files are found and can be ripped. I am also interested in a base number which would auto-increment for a given rip so that if several episodes are on a disc, the episode number is incremented for each file name. Example: Start with "Monk s01e09" and then increment the next file name to be "Monk s01e10", and then ...
