As above no worries, I was more worried something had happened to you! I'd only been testing it with UHD's deciding what to do with my movie collection but now I've started full steam ahead at backing up all of them the cost is a damn site cheaper than the Kaleidescape systems I had been looking at ...

Yep that’s exactly what my second email said which is why I went hunting around to sign up and see if there was a key on my order history, no dice unfortunately.

I'm also in the same position, bought this morning and yet to receive anything. I signed up to the payment site to check my order and it just says pending but I got the 2nd payment cleared email.

I’ll check once I’m back tonight but it was both the 3D and 2D disk.
Edit:
Ok tried it again after backing up Aladdin and it’s working fine now on the 3D disk, I did also click on the link it provided to send debugs and emailed both but whatever it was, all good now.

This disc uses a newer version of AACS (AACS17c &19)
I’ve just tried to rip A Christmas Carol 3D and it came up with this error. Using 1.14.2, not really sure why when I’ve had disks up to v65 and it’s a much older film?
