Still no Plex 8.8.0 available on Google Play for my Nvidia Shield TV yet. Their 'staged' rollout is a real pain with it being distributed randomly.
It's almost as if they don't want people to update to the latest version.

Think I know the answer, but can BluRay's backed up to BDMV with versions of MakeMKV before DV support be loaded and processed into DV enabled mkv's or do you need to start over and go back to disc? The most time consuming thing was the backup not making the MKV from BDMV so would rather not have to ...

If it makes a difference and as others have mentioned I have a couple of Asus 16D1HT drive's with the MK3.10 firmware and have had no trouble prior to this or since and have the UK version ...

Just wanted to try and bump this topic as the disc is still reporting that it cannot decrypt - sad times.

EDIT: saw in another post about sending the dump to support@makemkv.com so just forwarded it to that address.

I sent my dump in again just in case there was a problem with the first one but still no luck yet :(
I notice that DEUHD can decrypt this title now but I'm not paying the Russian hackers!! I've noticed since I signed up for a free trial of DEUHD that I'm now getting spam to the mailbox I used ...

When you open a DV title, expand the playlist for the full film.

To right right of the word video, at the top of the stream list in the playlist, you will see the video codec used as well as extra information in parenthesis. This information indicates a DV title.

coming into this topic late so might not yet even be possible with MakeMKV but opening a disk or disk backup BDMV how do I tell the DV titles from the HDR10 ones? ...or am I missing something fundamental?

Just bought this disc and received the message 'The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted'

Have located 'MKB20_v72_THE_GOONIES_4738.tgz' and sent it to svq@makemkv.com - hopefully that is the correct procedure from the post I read below.
