Just posting to say that the latest release fixes my above, issue,

That was similar to the procedure i was using, i was ripping to an ISO to turn the disc around quickly. Then work on it (with makemkv) later.
However, with the new release i will be using makemkv and thats it.

I have also tried opening the disc while the ISO has been mounted with Daemon tools ...

Ever so slightly offtopic but, why are you bothering to first rip you original BluRau disc to an .ISO image file - and then using MakeMKV with the .ISO image file?

Why don't you just let MakeMKV rip your original BluRay disc to an .MKV file?

Well thats the thing, on all ISOs it does the same thing, up until a week ok using some of the latest versions of anydvdhd, they also play fine in powerdvd.

Ive been using Makemkv for some time now, and am glad that it now supports DTSHD etc,
Previously i have been ripping my blurays with AnyDVDHD with the protection removed and the option to be compatible with powerdvd also checked. When i try to open these ISOs with makemkv i get the popup ...
