Interestingly, the public KEYDB.cfg file already contains this entry:
0x806866C982B5E2DBEB92846744362ABCB571B41D = Withnail and I UHD (WITHNAIL AND I - 4K UHD) | D | 2024-03-22
And so copying the latest KEYDB.cfg file into MakeMKV's data directory may also work for you.
