You try very hard to remove the information necessary to answer your question. If it's a Disney title, the first one is English. The difference would be in the titles and credits, and any scenes that have signs in them. If it isn't a Disney title, there is insufficient information to guess. Thanks ...

3 files, different size, content looks the same
After ripping, I get 30 files. The largest files are: t01.mkv - 25,291,756 KB t02.mkv - 25,293,805 KB t03.mkv - 25,292,007 KB Looking at the files with MediaInfo, they all appear to have the same specifications (resolution, video codec, language, etc).
