This seems to be a problem with ffmpeg. Subtitles are "sticky" in the XMBC betas and also the hot fixed Plex 9.

This is a known OPPO issue. Last I heard they were looking into the problem.

I got this to work by deleting "/Volumes" and moving the movie directory to the top level of my hard drive. (I know nothing about Terminal). I would like to use the movie directory in my home folder don't know how to access that directory. Using this:/Volumes/movies/movie.mkv -- I get a &q...

I don't know about that particular model. I bought one with a faster read time which also burns BD.
My first drive didn't work after two burns. They did send me another but it took a couple of weeks.

Did you ask this question on the Plex forums? I'm sure the devs are playing with this right now.

Nevermind --- dumb question

I am obviously a newbie. How do I make sure a conversion has subtitles? For example a Swedish language BD I just converted did not have English (or any) subtitles.
