Your second, lower box is wrong. You NEED to choose a full size drive firmware like LG WH16NS60 1.02 firmware. Putting BU40 firmware in the second box won't help. If I open MakeMKV and then connect the drive, I am able to open the .IFO file manually and rip the streams. However, I'm trying to make a backup of the disc (ISO), and I can't do that in manual mode. Thanks.

Rip it and use Imgburn to create the ISO.
