When I run MakeMKV, it says an access is denied error occurred and gives me a file path to a tgz file in my MakeMKV directory but the file isn't there. I'm not seeing any form of dump so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be re...

I can't seem to rip it myself. I've tried two copies of the film and both say it can't find a valid access key.
