Oh thanks! That seems to have solved it. It was incorrectly set to the program directory. After moving it elsewhere, the two previously mentioned 4K UHDs seem to open and rip

I have a couple of 4K UHDs that aren't able to rip (Venom and First Man). When I run MakeMKV, it says an access is denied error occurred and gives me a file path to a tgz file in my MakeMKV directory but the file isn't there. I can't seem to rip it myself. I've tried two copies of the film and both say it can't find a valid access key.

How close are you to Dorset sir I’m sending at least two drives that way in the next couple days and will trust these two fellows who live within 30 miles of each other to work out a meet up. I'm looking at getting a Asus BW-16D1HT with the correct firmware for 4K rips. Is there anyone offering their services in the UK?
